Warrior Expo West
Warrior Expo is a premier event in San Diego and HESCO will be exhibiting a new innovative technology for rapid deployment: CART.
CART is a specially engineered delivery system to release pre-connected HESCO units quickly from a moving deployment vehicle. This allows barriers to be instantly constructed, ready for filling, without the need for building frames or digging foundations. CART can create corners, ascend elevated areas and cross undulated ground easily using a wide range of non-specialist vehicles and without the need for expert tradesmen or equipment.
This innovative design enables workers to begin filling considerable lengths of HESCO barrier immediately and simultaneously, reducing the construction time.
HESCO representatives will also be available to discuss the Recoverable MIL units and HRSF: an anti-climb security fence for protection against vehicle attack.

America’s largest U.S. Army exhibition, is the Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA) Annual Meeting which is held annually in Washington DC.
HESCO is a big supporter of the show and this year saw HESCO return for its 6th year running as one of the show’s key exhibitors. Due to the profile of the exhibition, it means that it is well attended by America’s Army, senior industry leadership and partners.
The HESCO stand showcased the latest product developments and capabilities. HESCO received particular interest in RAID, which is a new packaging and delivery system assisting in reducing logistical burden as well as the HESCO Accommodation Bunker (HAB) which provides protected accommodation in harsh environments.
As usual, Jimi’s Bar, which is now becoming quite an institution at AUSA, was a roaring success and was a great opportunity for a cold beer and a catch up.
HESCO look forward to their return in 2011.
